All of them were additionally covered by a warranty. However, if you feel unsatisfied with the purchases made, you can return the goods within 14 days following the receipt of the package. All you have to do is to take several steps described in the instructions below.Product return - description and procedureThe returned products must be sent back in an undamaged original packaging including its entire content, after the prior notification of the service staff of Gardenology of this intention. The e-mail message should contain: - name and surname, -the address, - the order number, - the name of the returned goods, - the catalogue number, - the amount of products.
Having received your e-mail - the service staff contacts you on phone, or sends you an e-mail reply, jointly agreeing on all the details of the course of the return procedure.
Preparation of the return package by the Customer – basic information. - the product must be complete, - the product must not bear any traces of use, - the product has the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.
Shipment of the package (at the expense of the Customer/buyar) - the goods must be returned to the address provided by the shop’s employee via e-mail.Claims - description and procedureAll the products offered by gardenology.pl are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If the claim refers to damage in transport, please draw up a damage report and contact our service staff. Having received your e-mail, the service staff calls you or sends an e-mail reply in order to agree on the claim processing details - further steps which are to be taken.
