Bean 'Negra' - Kiepenkerl

Beans 'Negra' (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is a very fertile variety that ripens medium early. It is exceptionally good in taste. It blooms purple, and then borders into numerous, slim pods about 14-15 cm long. 'Negra' bean seeds are black, germinate very easily and quickly even in adverse conditions. 'Negra' beans are a dwarf variety that is resistant to many common bean diseases, such as blotches and viruses.

Beans 'Negra'  grow best in well loosened humus and well-drained soil. It prefers warm places, sheltered from the wind, in full sun. After emergence, it is worth making a break to provide the plants sufficient growth space.
