Description
The Mushroom Growing Kit is the way to grow shiitake at home. This mushroom is also called Stardier Japanese or Stardier edible. It is rich in vitamins and amino acids and contains valuable antioxidants. In addition to the great taste, it has extremely health-promoting properties - it rebuilds the bacterial flora and increases immunity.
With this kit you can always have fresh mushrooms on hand,and you only need water to grow your own mushrooms!
Cultivation of shiitake with this set requires little effort, as the special mini greenhouse ensures adequate humidity, and the ready substrate is already in inoculated oyster mushroom mycelium. Cultivation can be carried out practically anywhere: in the kitchen, garage, basement, etc.
The greenhouse should be placed in a place with a temperature of +15ºC - +19ºC. You can start harvesting shiitake when the hat reaches about 5-7 cm and cut out the largest pieces every day. In total, you can carry out approx. 3-5 harvests from this substrate, with a 14-30 day breakin cultivation to allow the shiitake mycelium to go through the "resting phase".
