Nest Box For Smaller Birds
Description
Wooden nesting box for hollows (birds that make their nests in hollows).
Nest boxes are a substitute for bird holes. They work well in highly urbanized places, where finding a suitable place for nesting and hatching is difficult or impossible. Birds willingly use such booths and lay eggs in them and hatch their young, as well as provide winter shelters for individuals overwintering in our climate.
Having a nest box in your garden supports the ecosystem enabling safe hatching of birds and providing a place for shelter for birds wintering in our climate. Birds in the garden will help get rid of bothersome insects, such as mosquitoes or ticks, in the period of increased occurrence.

Assembling the nest box
The booth can be installed all year round. It is recommended to hang in a shaded place, rarely frequented by people and not on a solitary tree. The booth can also be mounted on the wall in a constantly shaded place, e.g. under a roof that gives shade. The booth should be mounted parallel to the tree / wall or slightly inclined towards the front at a height that allows access to the booth and its periodic cleaning.
