Tomato 'Siderno' (Lycopersicon esculentum) is an F1 hybrid variety that produces homogeneous and very attractive fruit. This is a variety of cocktail tomatoes, the fruits weigh from 15 to 20 g and are about 3 cm in diameter, covered with shiny dark red skin, are very aromatic and tasty. The 'Siderno' cherry tomato is resistant to many diseases, including tomato gangrene and vericillosis. This variety produces large amounts of fruit, it is one of the most prolific varieties of cocktail tomato. Grows up to about 80 cm, can be grown in containers.
Tomato 'Siderno' grows best in a light and windless position, very sunny. The soil should be fertile, well-drained, moist and constantly fertilized. Can be grown in containers on the balcony and terrace as well as in the ground and under covers.
