SAMO thickening grass is a novelty on the Polish gardening market, which turned out to be a bull's eye. Many, disappointed with their lawns, can once again enjoy the beautiful, lush green and dense lawn that many a neighbor will envy.
How does SELF-thickening grass work?
Seeds of traditional grasses germinate like a single plant - one plant germinates from one seed, then grows and forms a tuft. That's it.
On the other hand, from one seed of SAMO grass, one plant germinates, then grows, forms a tuft, and the roots of this tuft under the surface begin to form a network of runners, from which subsequent plants grow into tufts. This process continues until there is no room for new tufts. That's what SAMO compaction did
How is that possible?
It's not magic, it's science! Thanks to several years of work, the breeders have managed to create a new variety of grass - ŻYCICA RABOGOWĄ. It is this plant, so far the only one in the world, that can create a network of underground runners like a weed and clone itself at a surprisingly fast pace.
Thanks to SAMO thickening grasses, you can not only easily and quickly set up a new lawn, but also regenerate damaged old lawn or fill empty spaces.
Immunity and SELF regeneration
Due to such growth and development, SAMO grass is highly resistant to damage, trampling and intensive use. She is also not afraid of empty molehills. Underground Życica Rozłogowa runners have the ability to quickly regenerate and compact with new clumps of grass.
Quick regeneration keeps your lawn looking like new for many years to come.
In addition, the new variety of ryegrass is much more resistant to drought and freezing than mixtures previously available on the market.
Weed free lawn
The use of fast-growing SAMO grass that thickens the lawn also reduces the risk of weed infestation. A dense lawn is a barrier to germinating weeds, they simply don't have room for growth and development anymore, because all available space is covered by a dense lawn. Thanks to this, it will not be necessary to use unwanted chemical pesticides, mechanical weeders or other unnecessary treatments.
Better germination
SAMO thickening grass seeds germinate at temperatures 2-4 degrees lower than currently available mixtures. Additionally, they emerge not after 14 but already 7 days after sowing. These features can be used for earlier sowing and in less favorable conditions
The only thing you need to remember is proper fertilization and watering at critical moments - that is what you have been doing so far.
SPORTS SELF-thickening grass is a way to create a super dense and very resistant lawn like on football fields or golf courses. It germinates at temperatures lower by 3-4 degrees. Extremely resistant to intensive use. It regenerates very quickly, further thickening the turf.
Dosage: 5-30g / m 2 of the surface.
